Set of 6 different proformas for Electric Locos as follows: (1) Electric testing proforma: 9 pages (5 l eaves), Qty/set-1 No. (2) General check for Electric Loco: 2 pages (1 leaf), Qty/set-1 No. (3) Mechanical testing proforma: 4 pages (2 leaves), Qty/set-1 No. (4) MU conventional proforma: 3 pages (2 leaves), Qty/set-1 No. (5) QLM drop check sheet: 2 pages (1 leaf), Qty/set-1 No. (6) Skid proforma: 1 page (1 leaf), Qty/set-1 No. Total No. of pages per set = 21. Printing should be on both sides in A4 size Paper as per the enclosed sample. Paper qualit y of minimum 50 GSM (white). Each proforma to be supplied in the form of a booklet either Tag (or) Pinned. [ Wa rranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ]
