TendersOnTime functions as an aggregator of government business opportunities, including but not limited to Tenders, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and Expressions of Interest (EOIs). The information provided on this website is sourced directly from the official websites of purchasing entities or from other publicly accessible domains.

By accessing and using this website, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. TendersOnTime subscriptions are intended for genuine organizations and individuals who use procurement information for their own internal business purposes. Paid subscribers may access up to 500 tender detail pages per day, while users on a free trial may access up to 50 tender detail pages per day, subject to the Fair Usage Policy and other provisions of these Terms & Conditions.

Organizations requiring bulk procurement data, enterprise integration, or redistribution rights may obtain a separate commercial license from GTS. Data can be delivered through APIs, scheduled data feeds, or secure file transfers, together with the appropriate licensing rights. Restricted Access:

Access to certain areas of this website is restricted. GTS reserves the right to restrict access to other areas of this website, or indeed this entire website, at GTS's sole discretion. The user ID and password provided by GTS must be kept confidential. GTS may disable the user ID and password of unpaid/Free members at GTS's sole discretion and without assigning any notice or explanation; if it finds that the same has been misused.

User Content:

Suspension and Termination:

Global Tenders Services Pvt. Ltd. (GTS) reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, terminate, or permanently disable access to the website or any of its services if it reasonably believes that a user has:

• violated these Terms & Conditions;

• engaged in unauthorized scraping, automated access, or bulk downloading of content.

• provided false or misleading registration information.

• shared subscription credentials with unauthorized persons.

• attempted to circumvent technical or security controls.

• otherwise engaged in any activity that may adversely affect GTS, its users, or the integrity, security, or commercial interests of the website.

Where reasonably necessary, GTS may also block associated IP addresses, devices, accounts, domains, payment methods, or other identifiers to prevent misuse.

Any suspension or termination arising from a breach of these Terms & Conditions shall not entitle the user to any refund, compensation, or reimbursement of subscription fees already paid.

GTS further reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including claims for damages and injunctive relief, where unauthorized use results in infringement of intellectual property rights.

Disclosure to Law Enforcement Authorities:

If we receive a valid request, order, or notice from any law enforcement agency, regulatory authority, or government body (from any country), we reserve the right to disclose relevant client information and data as required by applicable laws and regulations.

Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute, difference, controversy or claim ("Dispute") arising between GTS and the user (herein after cumulatively referred as the "Parties") out of or in relation to or in connection with the use of the website, shall be settled by the Parties by mutual discussion and negotiation.

If, for any reason, such Dispute cannot be resolved amicably by the Parties, the same shall then be referred to and settled by way of arbitration proceedings in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2021 or any subsequent enactment or amendment thereto (the "Arbitration Act").

All/any disputes related to the use of this website shall be referred to a sole arbitrator, to be appointed by GTS. The decision by the arbitrator on any matter submitted to arbitration shall be binding and conclusive upon the parties, their heirs, successors and assigns, as the case may be and they shall comply with such decision in good faith. Each party hereby submits itself to the jurisdiction of the courts within Mumbai for the entry of judgment with respect to the decision of the arbitrator hereunder.

The venue of arbitration proceedings shall be Mumbai and the language of the arbitration and the award shall be English.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

The use of this website under these terms is subject only to the laws of India which exclusively govern the interpretation, application and effect of all the above permissions, exclusions, licenses and conditions of use. The Courts in Mumbai, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of or in connection with this website and its use under these Terms.
