Hiring of Ambulance Vehicle for 03 years. Ambulance vehicle should be new Tata Winger AC- 3200 B 56, Force AC 3360 Ambulance with Emergency Kit Advance Stretcher, Oxygen cylinder with all required attachment, 02 Driver and 02 stretcher bearer (For each 12 hrs. shift) to be stationed at Railway Hospital Dahod for transporting railway beneficiaries from their residence to Rly.Main Hospital. And from Rly.Main Hospital to recognised Pvt. /Govt. Hospital /Diagnostic Centre & back. Also during Railway Accident, Natural Disaster shifting of casualties from the site of accident or disaster to proper referral hospital and in emergency anywhere in Indian Railway Hospitals. Payment will be made bimonthly basis upto the limit of 2000 kms. Additional Kms. and remaining Kms. of 2000 Kms. limit will be carry forward to next month. No payment will be made for cumulative Kms. arrised after 03 years
