ALL PARTS OF EQUIPMENT SHOULD BE COMPLETE AND FUNCTIONAL, MOSFET OR IGBT BASED SWITCHING DEVICE, 8 TO 12 MILIISECOND OF SWITCHING OVERTIME, INPUT VOLTAGE 160-280V, 50+/- 3% HZ, SINGLE PHASE AC, 230 +/-, 50 + 0.5 HZ, AT LOAD POWER FACTOR:0.6 LAG, 40% MAXIMUM (IN DC MODE) TOTAL HARMONIC DISTORTION, MINIMUM 80% INVERTER EFFICEINCY AT RATED OUTPUT VOLTAGE AND FREQUENCY, UPS SHOULD SWITCH OVER TO BATTERY MODE IF INPUT VOLTAGE GOES OUTIDE THE RANGE 160-280V, OVER VOLTAGE, SHORT CIRCUIT AND OVERLOAD PROTECTION AT OUTPUT TERMINAL PROVIDED, PROTECTION AGAINST BATTERY OVER DISCHARGE SHOULD BE PROVIDED. MAINS MODE, UPS MODE, BATTERY LOW AND OVERLOAD INDICATIONS TO BE PROVIDED. INSULATION RESISTANCE 100 MEGA OHM. HIGH VOLTAGE SHALL WITHSTAND 1.5KV FOR 1 MIN. WHEN APPLIED BETWEEN LIVE PARTS AND BODY. LEAKAGE CURRENT 210 micro amps. ingress protection certificate, bis registration under crsof meity, bis registration number, availibility of the typetest report from central govt/nabl/ilac accredited lab covering al technical requirements, valid type test certificate number required. regulations- should not exceed 10% from no load to full load.
