- Description: Schedule items cover under all chapters of CPWD-DSR-2021 which includes (i) New works addition & alterations to existing structures, special repair works and supply of building materials subject to the contract value of each such work not exceeding Rs. 5 lakhs, (ii) All ordinary repairs and maintenance works and (iii) Conveyance of materials e.g. brick, lime, sand, etc. which are likely to be required in a zone during the year. {Note : Distribution of the proportion of cost will be as under : (A) Bridge works (AEN-wise distribution) : AEN/BHP - 60% of overall basic cost, AEN/RPH - 40% of overall basic cost. The above distribution of cost may be varied with the approval of DEN/Sr.DEN within the overall cost of the Zonal Contract]. [including GST]
