This is an item controlled by RDSO and Railway reserves the right to order entire or bulk quantity on RDSO approved sources. The status of firm shall be of reckoned as ondate of tender opening and not thereafter, unless changed because of removal/suspension/banning. 2. Offer with less than 60 days validity may be passed over without anyback reference or assigning any reason thereof. 3. INSPECTION BY RDSO. 4. Bill paying officer is FAandCAO/WCR/JBP. 5. No Excise duty on freight element will bepayable. Vendors must indicate freight element separately otherwise it will be assumed that vendors are absorbing/bearing the freight themselves. 6. Firm should quote taxesand excise duly clearly in prescribed column in IREPS failing which it will be presumed that same are included in rates and will be paid by firm. 7. The firm shouldsubmit/upload the copy of the latest contract secured by them any of the Indian railways along with performance statement of this item. 8.Railway reserves the right to place theorders for part quantity on more than one source and also to take delivery in installments. 9. Other terms and conditions are as per Tender condition Annexure A and B alongwith amendments/modification if any, available on home page of COS/WCR under Documents/COS-WCR documents in the IREPS website 10.
