THE RATES SHALL INCLUDE WAGES TO DRIVER, FUEL COST, INSURANCE COST, MAINTENANCE COST AND ALL OTHER EXPENSES FOR THE VEHICLE EXCLUDING TOLL TAX, DUTY HOURS 12 HOURS A DAY ON ALL DAYS IN A MONTH. VEHICLES MAY BE CALLED IN SHIFTS AS PER TERMS AND CONDITIONS and SCOPE OF JOB ATTACHED.
