Maintenance of garden of IRICEN complex at Koregaon Park Pune and SSTW near Pune Railway station. This includes daily sweeping of garden area for fallen leaves / flowers and other produces of plants and disposing of the same at a nominated place /vermiculture plant, mowing the grassy lawns of all types compulsorily by mowing machine, watering all the plants / grassy lawns / potted plants, weeding, cleaning of the flower / ornamental plant bed area and potted plants, changing of potted plants from one location to another for renewal/treatment/change of condition/rotation etc. planting new trees /saplings in ground or in pots, loosening of top soil, addition of soil and manure, trimming, pruning, dressing (does not include the big trees) etc. to keep plants in desired shape and size, daily operation, maintenance and routine cleaning of fountains and boring (this includes the repairs also), scheduled spraying of insecticides, fungicides and making up of flower bed border of brick / flag stone / conc. Blocks etc. (does not include the special works and new additions), .
