(Supply and fitment ) Reference drawing/Specification/Make: 6 MM Thermoformable Decorative Polymerized Composite Panel (TDPCP) of make Kommerling/ Aluplast / Alstone & 3MM Fibre glass Decorative Aluminium Polymer Composite to qualify HL 3 as Per EN 45545 of Lx(LG)/Dupont, Hyundai and Kovex make.Remarks: Minimum 6MM Thermoformable Decorative Polymerized Composite Panel (TDPCP) shall be used as structural paneling on the metal frame. 3MM Fibre glass Decorative Aluminium Polymer Composite sheet of specified quality and make shall be used as skin material on the TDPCP Panels. These sheets used as skin surface should have anti graffiti, scratch resistance, & anti bacterial properties. Both Materials shall qualify EN-45545 HL-3 for fire worthiness. The skin surface shall be in shade of marble finishes. Colour of skin surface sheet in ICF AC coaches shall be white or beige family. In ICF Non AC coaches it shall be light gray.
