Instructions/Remarks: 1] INSPECTION clause will be RITES/RDSO if value exceeds Rs.1.5 Lakh. 2] Firms claiming exemption of EMD/SD have to enclose the documentary evidence along with theiroffer. 3] RDSO approved / NSIC registered firms have to enclose documentary evidence in support of the same. 4] Firms to attach their credentials such as inspectioncertificate, R-note, PO copy etc. along with quotation. No back reference in this regard will be made. 5] For tenders having a particular BRAND/MAKE restriction- Tenderersmust have to mention the name of the offered BRAND/MAKE in the quotation and must attach the catalogue having technical details and specifications. 6] For brand / makerestricted items OEM or their authorized distributors are eligible to participate with tender specific authorization from OEM . 7] Supplier has to deposit 2 percent EMD of totalvalue along with quotation in f/o. Sr.DFM/PA, successful supplier has to deposit 10 percent SD of total value when intimated.
