Under Vechile Inspection System as per RDSO s specification No: RDSO/SPN/TC/93/2010 Rev-0.0 latest. Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of Under VehicleSystem including training of RPF/Railway personnel under Integrated Security System should be done with provision of system integration with CCTV system includinginstalled ones as well as other security items under Integrated Security System with warranty period of three 03 years from date of commissioning of whole system andcomprehensive AMC for five 05 years after warranty period. Evaluation Criteria : Itemwise/Consigneewise Tender Doc: 1500.00 Earnest Money (INR): 335000.00 Pre-Bid Query Date Time: Not Applicable Bidding System : Single Bid System Validity of Offer(Days) : 90 Delivery Schedule : Within 3 to 4 months after receipt of P.O. Inspection Agency: RDSO-QA Payment Terms : 80 percent payment against proof of dispatch/receipted challan along-with RDSO Inspection certificate and balance 20 percent after successful installation and commissioning. Instructions/Remarks: 1] Firm must attach copy of NSIC registration certificate for the tendered item if they want exemption from depositing the cost of tender. 2] Firm to supply the materials on freeat destination basis preferably by Road Transport. 3] Three [03] years from date of installation commissioning. 4] Performance Bank Guarantee 10 percent of the totalPurchase Order value to be deposited. 5] Firm to quote separately for AMC. 6] AMC is optional and rate of AMC will not be taken into account while determining the ranking ofthe tenderer.
