Ultrasonic Testing of AT Welding using contractor's RDSO approved hand operated Ultrasonic digital weld tester & Ultrasonic testing of rail using contractor's RDSO approved digital single USFD rail tester on UP & DN Line from Dakshineswar Km(-) 6.5 to Kavi Subhash Km 25.55 including KNAP Ramp Line, Saltlake Sector V Km(-) 0.5 to Howrah Maidan Km 16.7 including Rake feeding line from Central Park Depot, Joka Km (-)2.0 to Esplanade Km 14.7 including Rake feeding Line from Joka Yard, Kavi Subhash Km 0.838 to VIP Road Km 28.3 including Rake feeding Line from new KKVS Yard, Noapara Km 00 to Jai Hind Km 7.00 on UP & DN Line with latest RDSO approved USFD machine and RDSO certified operator.
Carrying out testing of Rails as per manual for Ultrasonic testing of rails & welds (Revised 2012 with upto date correction slip) and the latest Indian Railway standard specification for ultrasonic testing of rails & weld issued by RDSO as applicable for Rail testing. The testing shall cover the sectional area of the rail as per Fig-2A, 2B & 2D and specified in USFD manual of 2012 of RDSO. Ultrasonic through testing of rail using contractor's RDSO approved 9 channel ultrasonic digital single rail tester (SRT) from station mentioned in name of work both UP & DN Line in Metro Railway Kolkata using contractor's own Rail tester (SRT), operators, assistants, with all materials, labour, tools & plants, consumables, spares, couplant with all other incidental charges related to testing work such as transportation, marking of the defects, submission of daily report and backup data etc. as per specification of RDSO and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge when & where basis.
