Tyre defect gauge for BG coaching stock, as per Railway board approved IRCA Part 4, Rule 2. 8.4 and Plate 38. To check the various wheel defect like thin flange, Sharp flange, Deep flange, Hollow tyre/ false flange, Root radius and flat places on wheel. The gauge must be suitable for checking wheel latness 5 0 mm rejection limit and thin flange 22 mm rejection limit. Made of hard alloy steel/ stainless steel having t hickness approximately 3 mm to 3.5 mm with permanent making of the type of rolling stock which can be checked. To be supplied with carrying case along with calibration certificate from Government approved te st house. [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ] ]
