Tenders are invited for Turnkey Contract for Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 66/11kv Substation Renovation and Modernization-pkg1. Bidders shall submit the following documents in original/hard copies on or before the scheduled bid submission deadline: • a non-refundable Bid Document Fee of INR 25, 000/-/ Equivalent amount of US $ 350 (incl GST) by Demand Draft / Banker-s Cheque in favour of “PCE-cum-Secretary, Power Dept. Sikkim”, payable at “Gangtok” • Bid Security in the amount and form as described in ITB Section-1 Clause-21 and BDS Section-2 Clause-21 • Joint venture Agreement, if applicable • Power of Attorney on behalf of authorized signatory to sign the bid.
