This   office   intends   to   transport   01   No.   ACFT (Airfield   Crash   Fire   Tender) Vehicle from AAI, FSTC Narayanpur, Kolkata to Deoghar Airport. The approx. dimension of the   ACFT   Vehicle   are   11.5(L)   mtrs.   x   3.50 (H)mtrs.   x   2.55   mtrs(W) and   weight Approx.  20 Ton respectively (Refer Annexure-B for dimensional details).  The ACFT Vehicle is computerized, sophisticated Vehicle   fitted with various sensors, thus it needs proper care on transportation.  Accordingly, sealed quotations are invited from the reputed Transport Company to ferry “ACFT” with its accessories   from AAI, FSTC Narayanpur, Kolkata to Deoghar Airport. Interested   parties   may   submit   their   quotation   in   sealed   Envelope   super scribing on the top as “Transportation   of   ACFT” and send the same   to the   Jt. General    Manager (Tech), Regional    E&M    Workshop, Eastern    Region, Airports Authority of India, Gouripur, Birati, Kolkata - 700051 on or before 31/12/2021 up to 1500 hrs.  The quotations will be opened on the same day at 1530 hrs.  The firm or its representative may present at the time of opening the quotations.
