Escalation Clause : Applicable Yes Escalation Clause Description The license fee quoted by the H1 bidder (successful bidder) and accepted by the Railways will be the license fee to be paid by the licensee in the First Three (3) years. Then there will be 10% escalation in license fee during 4th year. The fifth year license fee will be same as that of 4th year. There will be no sales assessment for fixing License fee. In consideration of the award of the License to the Licensee, the Licensee shall be liable to pay Annual License Fee. The license fee will be a fixed amount (same amount for all 3 years) for the first three years and in the fourth year it will be enhanced by 10%. License fee for the fifth year will be same as 4th year license fee. In other words, the license fee of the fifth year will be same as that of the fourth year.
