Tender are invited for Civil Sor - Sambalpur Ro
This Tender is for Civil SOR and allied jobs at various retail outlets under Sambalpur Regional Office. Security Deposit (SD) :Successful parties will be required to submit SECURITY DEPOSIT of 1 percent of PO Value as per clause 4b of General Terms and Conditions. In case of non-submission of SD amount in full, Vendor offer stand cancelled unless they have obtained the prior approval from the Purchase Order Placement authority. In case of cancellation of LOI or order bidder should be put under Holiday List and next ranking bidders to be considered for placement of Order. CPBG CLAUSE: CPBG (Composite Performance Bank Guarantee): The bidder has to furnish CPBG for 10 percentage of the PO value including GST in case the basic quote is less than 85 percentage of the HPCL estimate. It is mandatory for submission of CPBG within 15 days of intimation of acceptance of their tender or issuance of LOI or LOA. CPBG shall be valid for 27 months and drawn on scheduled banks, other than co-operative banks. Format of CPBG is attached with this document. In case of non-submission of PBG amount in full; Vendor offer stand cancelled unless they have obtained the prior approval from the Purchase Order Placement authority. In case of cancellation of LOI or order bidder should be put under Holiday List and next raking bidders to be considered for placement of Order.
