Expression of Interest are invited for Technical Support for the Development and Implementation of Asset Monetization & Recycling Program for the State of Odisha The scope of services for this assignment would broadly include the following: 1. Policy & Institutional Framework: The consultant will provide technical support the government of Odisha so it can design a framework for asset recycling and recycling for the government of Odisha for core-assets in sectors such as hydro power generation, power transmission, roads, ports, airports, and urban transport. 2. Monetization Pipeline: The Consultant shall support in developing the asset pipeline strategy and criteria for selecting assets for monetization, and identify assets relevant for the state of Odisha including preparation of capital investment plan, identification of project pipeline, financing plan, compendium of asset register, necessary framework and standard documents for various asset recycling models and develop prioritization and phasing for specific assets for monetization. 3. Capacity Building: The consultant will support the world bank group to develop a training program that will be used by the world bank group to provide trainings to the Government of Odisha on asset recycling and monetization program. The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
