T 524 F: Reservation/Cancellation requisition Form in size- 6 x 8.5 Inch (15.2x 21.5 cm). Paper to be used Maplitho Paper 60 GSM conforming to IS :- 1848/2007 or latest amendment. The for m to be printed in Hindi on front side and English on back side in black colour strictly as per specimen. Binding: Material should be supplied in packing of 1000 Forms in each bundle. The art work for printin g and sample workmanship should be got approved from consignee before bulk supply. Packing Condi tions :- 03-04 bundles of 1000 forms each shall be packed in suitable size of five ply corrugated paper constructions carton box conforming to IS : 2771 (part-1) 1990 with amendment No.1 and 2 and style 0620 od IS 6481 : 1971. The weight of carton shall not exceed 15-16 Kgs. approx. The carton shall be than closed with gum paper tap 50 mm (min.) wide and finally secured by nylon strapping of size 13m m wide 02 nos. each side. The edge of nylon strap shall be heat sealed overlapping each other by min . 25 mm.
