The rate is inclusive of all cost, labour, materials, tools, plants, equipment, machinery, all lead/lift, handling/ re-handling, loading/ unloading, transportation, crossing of Railways tracks/nalah/river/stream as required, Safety precautions in vicinity of Railway track, inclusive of all Royalties, taxes (including GST) levied by Central/State Govt. & local bodies and all other incidental charges etc. complete in all respect.
