Fusion welding of 60Kg/60EI-R350 HT grade rails on cess/track free of traffic condition by Alumino Thermic process into short welded panels/long welded panels or otherwise, with supply of RDSO approved welding portions & techniques, RDSO certified competent supervisor and welder, with contractors all materials, tools and equipment, using approved weld trimmer, rail proï¬le grinder as per IRS T-19 2020 specification, generator for ï¬nishing of joints, including transportation & unloading of welding portions and equipment from their factory to SSE/JE-Pway Stores depot with contractors own transporting arrangement. inclusive of all taxes, royalty, excise duties etc. complete in all respects (excluding Petrol/Kerosene and required labouretc, to assist the welder). Welding of joints shall be carried out as per RDSO/Railway Board approved, Compressed Air Petrol pre-heat pre heating. pieces pre fabricated moulds manually pressed using single shot crucible ï¬tted with automatic tapping thimbles technique as per IRS T-19 2020 speciï¬cations. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
