Supply of Web Based Signal Failure Monitoring system, to Upgrade signal Failure Monitoring system: Features: 1. 24x7 accessible, intranet browser based system, convenient to use from anywhere in Rail net. 2. It should display dashboard on first login page, if any station efficiency goes down below the predefined value different indication should appear to have attention. 3. As the web is LIVE, will be able to see all the reports with up-to-the second transactions. 4. Admin/Level-1 should able to select all stations Signal Reports. 5. Admn/Level-1 should able to select section wise signal reports. 6. Admin/Level-1 should able to select ADSTE wise signal Reports. 7. Admin/Level-1 should able to select SSE wise signal Reports. 8. Admn/Level-1 should able to select JE wise signal Reports. 9.Admin/Level-1 should able to slect GEAR wise Reports. 10.Admin/Level-1 should able to select all REPORTED signal Reports. 11. Admin/Level-1 should able to select particular REPORTED signal Reports. 12. Admin/Level-1 should able to sleect CHARGEABLE/NON CHARGEABLE wise signal Reports. 13. Chargeabel /non-chargeable failures data should be able to show in Pie chart. 14. All failures MEAN TIME data should be able to show in Bar graph. 15. Only admin should be able to edit data if required. 16.Only Admin should be able to create stations list. 17. Only Admin should be able to create gear wise list. 18. Only Admin should be able to create reported list. 19. Admin should able to configure the required privilege level of signal failure management.
