Supply of Vinyl Films (polymeric calendared graphic film-Option-A) for advertising on exterior of Railway c oaches as per RDSO specification No. RDSO/2006/CG-13, Rev-01.Design of Vinyl Film is as per option-1 (of Annexure-1) on one side of the coach, option-2(of Annexure-1) on other side of the coach . Supplier's scope also includes application on both sides of the coaches (GS, CN & SLR coaches) below the windows as shown in the Annexure-1. Vinyl film should c over entire length of the coach. Vinyl film should extend upto the turn-under below the windows. Eligibility criteria of Te nderers, Completion period and penalties etc., are as per special conditions at Annexure-2.
