Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LED Sign Board for "I LOVE RCF" at various locations in RCF. The Sign Board letters is made using 80 sqft acrylic letters and 80 sq.ft. of powder coated GI base. Letters and illuminated using 12 V LED 3 SMD 5630 IP 67, modules of 1200 modules. The 12 V modules with acrylic letters is powered using 400 watts of 4 nos. outdoor drivers and the driver will be placed in 2 nos. of DB Box with 30 metres DC wiring to power the LED Signature letters. The Signature letters will be erected individually in standing position using 2 inch x 1 inch square tubes. The square tubes will be fabricated in letter shape and it will be fixed on a concrete platform using fabricated base plate and anchor bolts. (The concrete platform shall be provided by RCF)
