Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Floor Mounted Double Skin Air Handling Unit (AHU) of 25000 CFM with following features:- i). Frame shall be self supporting hollow extruded aluminium thermal break profile; ii). Outer skin not less than 0.8 mm Pre-coated GI and Inner skin not less than 0.8 mm Plain GI; iii). Chilled water cooling coil section should be 6 row deep and copper tube thickness not less than 0.41 mm and outside dia. not less than 12.7mm; iv). Working fluid - Chilled water; v). Fins spacing - 10 to 13 fins per Inch. or 4 to 5 fins per cm.; vi). Fan section of backward curved plug fan direct driven with EC motor with inbuilt VFD; vii). Filter section for 50 mm thick Pre-Filter (Box type or as recomended by OEM); viii). Flexible connection should be fire retardent double canvas; ix). Drain pan and Insulation- 18 gauge stainless steel shall insulate with 13mm thick nitrile rubber insulation. x). Temperature Gauge for Inlet and Outlet chiller pipe line. xi).
