Work Description : Supply of Frp Manhole Cover
This tender is for Supply of FRP manhole covers at various retail outlets of HPCL.Order to be placed on schedule wise L1 and L2 bidder in the ratio 60:40.60% of a schedule shall be given to L1 and 40% to L2, provided L2 matches rates quoted by L1. If not, L3 will be asked to match L1 rates and so on. If L2, L3 etc. does not match the rates of L1, the 40 % quantity would be refloated. Composite Performance Bank Guarantee (CPBG) for 3% of PO value towards Performance Bank Guarantee inclusive of Security Deposit shall be accepted (in lieu of deduction of retention money); such CPBG shall be valid up to a period of 3 months beyond the expiry of defect liability period.
