Tenders are invited for Supply of Disposable sterile central venous catheter insertion kit consisting of following: 1. Packed in csr overwrap (non-woven spun lace fabric 40 gsm, outer side laminated by 12 micron ldpe)- 54x54 inch 2. One customized tray of appropriate size to accommodate all items of the kit 3. Two 04-ply paper towels 4. Three sterile gloves size 6.5, 7 and 7.5 5. One full length plastic apron 6. One sterile gown, unreinforced, large 7. Custom made universal icu-procedure fenestrated drape - non-woven fabric, size 9x5 ft, one central fenestration of 12x6 inch starting at two feet from top with 2.5cm full adhesive around fenestration, fenestration should be sealed by 15x8 inch medical grade virgin plastic on both sides sticking to the adhesive so that these plastic covers can be removed individually 8. Antiseptic applicator with approximately 25 ml of 2% w/v chlorhexidinegluconate and 70% v/v isopropyl alcohol (two individually sealed) or two absorbent foam applicator 20 cm along with 50 ml pouch of 2% w/v chlorhexidinegluconate and 70% v/v visopropyl alcohol 9.
