Packed in csr overwrap (non-woven spunlace fabric 40 gsm, outer side laminated by 12 micron ldpe)- 54x54 inch. 2. Two pair gloves, 6.5 & 7.0. 3. Antiseptic swab stick impregnated with 2% w/v chlorhexidinegluconate and 70% v/v isopropyl alcohol - four sticks per pack or one absorbent foam applicator 20 cm along with 25 ml pouch of 2% w/v chlorhexidinegluconate and 70% v/v visopropyl alcohol. 4. Gauze sponges / pads (100% cotton woven, yarn:40s, mesh:, 26x18) 4x4 inch 12 ply with folded edge, sterile, peal open two packs with four sponges in each pack . 5. Sterile transparent dressing with frame - 10x12 cm (e.g., tegaderm, 3m). 6. Chlorhexidine impregnated protective patch. 7. Three 3-way stop cocks (individually pack). 8.
