Tenders are invited for Supply of Biosafety Coverall 1. Single use jump-suit/Hazmat suit type coverall for use by health care professionals 2. White/ light shades to better detect possible contamination. 3. Full body evaluation. 13. Breathability parameters of the fabric should be within the following ranges: a. Air permeability: 100-150 L/m2/min; b. Water/moisture vapor transmission rate-WVTR/MVTR: 400-500 grams/m2/day. The test for these parameters should be conducted by a Government approved Lab*. 14. Bids of only such manufacturers, whose samples pass the breathabilty and user comfort Testing conducted by SGPGI authorities will be considered.coverall from head to toe OR Full body coverall from head to ankle with wrist and ankle ribs with separate above ankle foot cover with rib. 4. Coverall should have inbuilt hood-cap. 5. Coverall shall be available in different sizes (M, L, xL; Extra Large (xL) Height: 189-194 cm; Chest: 116-124 cm; Waist: 106-112 cm; Large (L) Height: 182-188 cm; Chest: 108-116 cm; Waist:100-106 cm. 6. Design should allow easy donning and safe doffing. 7. Full length (chin/upper neck to crotch/fly) zero error lockable zipper (preferably metallic) in the front of the coverall, should be covered with broad flap to completely cover the zipper. 8. Soft Elastic should be fitted around Front of hood, wrists & ankles. 9. Seams should be thermally sealed or taped. 10. Full body coverall must be manufactured using breathable non-woven fabric, preferably non-laminated polyethylene. If laminated, it must be breathable material (Tyvek/ Mutex/ Microforce); Polyethylene lamination is not acceptable. Any fabric used (non-woven fabric line SMS, SMMS, SMSMS) must have ASTM F1670 certification (Synthetic Blood Penetration Resistance Test, level 3.5 kPa or higher) or equivalent, conducted by a Government approved lab* 11. Non-woven fabric GSM should not exceed 90 GSM. 12. The full body coverall should be air and moisture vapor permeable. Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate should be similar to surgical gown. Kits which have been tested for Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate following ASTMF 96 standard would be considered first for technical, Qty: 75000 for a Period of Two Years EMD: 50000
