BOQ Item Description: Supply and installation services of a custom wooden showcase designed specifically for displaying sanitary ware including washbasins comma WCs comma urinals and other related products. The showcase will be constructed with precise dimensions of 1828 mm in height comma 1372 mm in width and 1828 mm in length providing ample space for an attractive and organized presentation of sanitary items. This showcase will be built from high quality 19mm anti termite plywood selected for its exceptional durability and resistance to pest damage. To enhance its visual appeal and durability the entire unit will be finished with 1mm high pressure Sunmica laminate. The internal design of the showcase will include adjustable shelves made from the same 19mm plywood allowing for flexible arrangement of various sanitary ware products. The showcase will also feature front facing glass or laminated doors depending on design preferences with a thickness of 4mm for durability. High quality hinges or sliding mechanisms will be used to ensure smooth operation and easy access to the displayed items. To enhance visibility and highlight the products the showcase will be equipped with integrated LED lighting. The lighting system will feature 15watt COB LED lights strategically positioned to provide bright focused illumination that enhances the presentation of the sanitary ware while minimizing glare and heat. The back panel of the showcase will be constructed from 12mm plywood also finished with 1mm Sunmica to ensure a consistent and polished look throughout the unit. A one year warranty will be provided covering both materials and workmanship with detailed maintenance guidelines to help preserve the showcases appearance and functionality. This highquality wooden showcase combines durability with sophisticated design offering a practical and elegant solution for displaying a wide range of sanitary ware products complete all as specified and directed as per at site requirement.
