Tenders are invited for Supply of 500, 000 Nos. Of Visa and Mastercard near Field Communication ( NFC ) Enabled Dual Interface (Di) Debit Cards. Bidding documents could be obtained from the said office after making payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 40, 000.00 including Tax [LKR 33, 913.00 + LKR 869.60 (SSCL) + LKR 5, 217.40 (VAT)] (Payment method-cash) or USD 120/- [USD 101.75 + USD 2.60 (SSCL) + USD 15.65 (VAT)] (Payment method-SWIFT). SWIFT Code : BCEYLKLx Account name and number : Properties Dept. Non- Refundable Tender Deposit, A/c : 52401015 Perfected Bid documents should be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee/Bid Security for a sum of LKR 4.5 million or USD 12, 900/- obtained from a commercial bank (other than Bank of Ceylon) acceptable to the Bank valid up to 07.08.2023. In case of a USD Bid Security, it should be obtained from a correspondent bank of the Bank of Ceylon and should counter signed by a commercial bank in Sri Lanka. Cash Deposits / Pay Orders / Bank Drafts are also acceptable in lieu of Bid Security. Cheques drawn by the Bidder will not be accepted.
