Studies and diagnostics of the Facades of the M3 building
Purpose: The project concerns the realization of a diagnosis of the facades of the M3 Olympe de Gouge building. The General Secretariat of the Ministry of Justice wishes to carry out a complete diagnosis of the facades of the M3 building. The building was received in 2015 with pathologies, some of which are still not lifted, to date. The work is covered by a ten -year guarantee which fell in June 2025. The results of these diagnoses may be used within the framework of an expertise summons so that the general secretariat can; - Set up actions and procedures to repair the said disorders; - Obtain their compensation and those of the damage suffered by the State.
