RCC M-35 grade as per Rly's approved drawing and speciï¬cation for construction of bridge sub structure / super structure / RCC jacketing of arch, pier, abutment etc. The rate includes design of concrete mix manufacture of concrete by batching plant, cost of form work includes erection and de-shuttering, placement of concrete using concrete pump / placing boom, compaction steel reinforcement cutting, bending and binding of reinforcement with binding wires and placing in proper position, curing of concrete upto speciï¬ed period complete in all respect including all lead, lift, crossing road/track etc. The rate also includes cost of all ingredients of RCC in/c cement, sand, aggregate, admixture, labour, tools and plants etc. but excluding the cost of reinforcement.
