Strengthening of Earthing arrangement by providing maintenance free parametric earth to improve earth value (less than 1 ohm) and other lightening protection scheme for signaling equipment like Axle Counter, UFSBI, etc.
Supply, installation and commissioning of maintenance free earthing system which consists of supply of earthing kit 1 set consisting of (1) Earth electrodes of copper clad steel alloy of min. 10 feet (3 meter) long, 17mm dia and copper thickness of 250microns-01 No. (2) RDSO approved Earth enhancing compound in 30Kg. pack - 01 No. (3) Copper tape of 25mm x 6mm x 150mm with 99% purity-02Nos. and another of 25mm x 6mm x 150mm to terminate on earth electrode. (4) This include supply of 35sqmm/ 16sqmm/ 10sqmm multi strand single core PVC insulated copper cable as per IS:694 for connecting Main Earth Electrode to the Equipment. The Earthing material shall be supplied as per RDSO specification RDSO/ SPN/ 197/ 2014 Ver. 1.0 or latest.
