BOQ Item Description: Storage rack shall be fabricated of size 1524mmx610mm and height 2135mm with four compartments complete as specified in drawing The complete frame work will be made of using MS angle of section 40mmx40mmx5mm thick conforming to class (L) grade YST 310 as per IS 4923 (1997) or respective IS code complete as shown in drawing The diagonal bracings (06 Nos) and frame for shelve (04 Nos) of size as shown in drawings shall be provided using MS angle 40x40x5mm Two Nos of intermediate supports to be provide underneath the plywood using the MS angle 40x40x5 mm with each shelf Additional diagonal member of 40 x40 x 5mm shall be provided All joints shall be nut bolt joints using 12mm dia bolt of required length suitable No of mushroom head nuts and bolts with double washer to be provided MS shoe plate shall be provided at bottom of each vertical member using 6mm thick MS plate of size 80x80mm PVC capping to be provided at the bottom and top of each leg 12mm thick plywood commercial grade of size suitable for rack with ISI mark conforming to IS 710 & IS 1659 (2004) shall be supplied with each shelf. All steel surfaces shall be applied with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over two coat of red oxide primer (Colour of paint shall be as approved by accepting officer)
