Description : STEEL CHEQUERED PLATES as per IS 3502/94 or latest with following specifications:(1) Nominal thickness of plate: 05 mm, Nominal Length: 5000 to 6300 mm, Nominal Width of Plate : 1250 mm. (2) Pattern of Chequered Plates: Type A as per Fig-1 in IS 3502, (3) M S Chequered Plate Material: Grade E 250A of IS 2062, (4) Marking:The top plate of each pile of chequered plates shall be legibly marked with the following details: a) Manufacturers name or trade-mark, b) Cast number or identification mark by which the steel can be traced to the cast from which it has been made, and c) Steel designation, (5) BIS Marking to IS 3502/94 or latest: YES.
