BOQ Item Description: Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of all VRV/ VRF system including all IDU & ODU of all capacity, AHUs & TFAs, Referigerant copper pipe, drain pipe, Inline Fan, duct/PVC pipe with LT panel for ODU & IDU including all installation as mentioned in Appendix I installed in Interim Terminal Building, Kushinagar International Airport i/c carrying out monthly visit for servicing and maintenance of all components as per OEM standards by providing trained service engineer with all tools and plant and spares i/c attending all breakdown repairs as & when required etc. complete as per instructions of Engineer in-Charge as required.
Note - Total Capacity of VRV/VRF ODU is 400 HP of Dakin Make.
