BOQ Item Description: All Inclusive Annual comprehensive maintenance contract (AIACMC) of the following wall mounted split air-conditioners of different makes at different locations including carrying out Quarterly visit for servicing and maintenance of AC units. Work includes all repair, maintenance, attending to complaints / faults / breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems including providing and fixing spares parts like All PCBs, Refrigerrant Pipe, compressors, all type of relays, Motors, handset say remote, thermostats, capacitors, selector switches, expansion valve etc. as required at site and as per special condition of the contract.
Note-
a. All plastic parts e.g Grill, Diffuser, Blower(fan blade), drain tray, Heat exchange coils, Sheet metals parts & Painting is not covered in AIACMC.
b. 1 Job equal AIACMC of 1 No Split AC for 1 Year
1.0 TR split AC includes 1 no. indoor & 1 no outdoor unit including its refrigerant pipe & drain line - First Year
