Eligibility criteria: [a] The tenderers must have supplied the same/similar items for a quantity of 20 Percent or more of the procurablequantity in the tender in one single contract for the last three calendar years to any Zonal Railways/PUs and documentary evidence like PO/R.Note/IC must be furnishedalong with their offer as evidence of execution of such PO s. Tenders with such past performance will be considered for placement of bulk/regular quantity order. Pastperformance with Southern Railway will also be considered by this office at the time of finalisation of tender.[b] In absence of past performance as mentioned above, the offermay be considered for placement of developmental orders not exceeding 20 per cent of procurable quantity. The tenderers, who have no past performance as above, mustsubmit along with their quotation, details of M and P, technical manpower, NSIC/MSME certificate, past experience with other Railways if any, etc. in terms of para 2.6 ofspecial conditions of e-tender. [7]. Firms with MSME /NSIC certificate for subject item are requested to upload MSME/NSIC certificate, along with the list of items, foreligibility towards purchase preference.
