Inspection Agency: RDSO-QA Payment Terms : 100 percent payment against R-Note. Instructions/Remarks: 1. FOR - Destination will be preferred. Firm should clearly indicate/mention freight charge. Offer with freight charges at actual will not be considered as valid offer. 2.Inspection by RDSO. 3. Time Preference [TP] Clause: It should be noted that if a contract is placed on a higher tenderer as a result of this invitation to tender, in preferenceto the lowest acceptable offer, in consideration of offer of earlier delivery, the contractor will be liable to pay to the Government the difference between the contract rate andthat of the lowest acceptable tenderer on the basis of final price, f. o. r. destination including all elements of freight sales tax, local taxes, duties and other incidentals in caseof failure to complete supplies in terms of such contract within the date of delivery specified in the tender and incorporated in the contract. This is in addition and withoutprejudice to other rights under the terms of contract. 4. The purchaser reserves the right to split the procurement quantity between two or more sources depending upon thevital /critical nature of the item, quantity, delivery requirements, capacity of the firm, past performance of the firm and other terms. 5. Risk purchase if applicable will betenable within a period of nine months after expiry of delivery period. 6. This is emergency procurement, time preference order can be given for early delivery. 7. All theoffers shall be evaluated as per tax regime as applicable on the date of tender opening. 8. Other terms and conditions are as per tender document available in ireps site.
