Item Title: Security Assistance Services
Item Description: The Vendor to provide minimum one skilled manpower. Skilled manpower must having the knowledge of excel, Microsoft word and able to operate the computer. Also manpower must be having computer training certificate desirable. The services should be rendered during Office hours, i.e., 0900 Hrs - 1730 Hrs, Six days a week & on Holidays / Sundays in case of exigency, as directed / required by appropriate authority. The contractual workman provided by the contractor would be interviewed by the Security officer and give consent/dissent as per his/her discretion. Maintaining the Gate registers and to get signed by concerned officer. To main record and follow up with concerned officer to close the Open RTGP. Checking of Female workers/officers during depot visit. Checking of ID proofs and to ensure entry in gate visitor register. To register new visitor in e-Bacs system.To check the CCTV recording and maintaining the CCTV log book.All other jobs as per instructions from Security Supervisor/officer.
