Auction Detail: ATC for the Auction of “scrap vehicles and machinery related material (Metallic Items)” 1. The items included in this bid are on " As is and where is" basis. 2. The EMD is mandatory for bid and it shall be Rs. 55500.00 (Rupees Fifty Five Thousand Five Hundred Only) which is permitted in the form of either online transfer (RTGS/NEFT) in favour of "Executive Engineer (Cash), U.P. Jal Nigam HQ (Gramin), Lucknow in his account no. 110018137101 IFSC code CNRB0018480 or in the form of bank guarantee (BG)/FD from any Nationalised/Scheduled bank in Favor of "Executive Engineer (Cash), U.P. Jal Nigam HQ (Gramin), Lucknow 3. The bidder shall upload the details of Online transfer mentioning the following: a. UTR no. of the transaction b. Bank details of the payee’s account c. Details of the bidder/Firm In case of Bank guarantee or FD the bidder shall upload clear scan copy of the same and shall submitted the same in original before the start of EMD evaluation date at our office U.P. Jal Nigam HQ (Gramin), Lucknow. 4. The bidder must upload PAN/GSTIN/ITR details along with audited balance sheet of the last financial year (i.e. FY- 2024-2025) of the firm along with acceptance of bid's terms and condition on firm’s letter head. Please avoid uploading of unnecessary documents. 5. Bidder must upload all necessary documents for PQ validation. In case bidder fails to clear the PQ validation, he would not be able to participate in bid. Similarly, EMD validation is must. If bidder fails to clear EMD validation, he would not be able to participate in the bid. 6. In case of missing or incomplete information shall lead to rejection of the bidder. 7. The bidder should visit the site and upload the confirmation letter that the material under auction is checked by him and he want to participate in the auction. 8.
