Request for proposals are invited for Scope of Work for Hr Consultant / Hr Agency to Review the Hr Policy and Procedures Mamta Health Institute for Mother and Child (MAMTA HIMC) is an internationally recognized, national level NGO, established in December 1990. MAMTA HIMC is today represented in 18 States of India and has also extended its reach beyond national borders to Nepal, Bangladesh and Burundi in East Africa. It is a pioneering organization working in the area of livelihood, financial literacy, Maternal and Child Health (MCH); Sexual and Reproductive and Sexual Health (SRH); and HIV & AIDS and Non-Communicable Diseases. Scope of work for HR Consultant / HR Agency to review the HR Policy and procedures We seek a qualified HR Consultant/ Consulting firm to provide fruitful human capital advice. You will help the organization provide guidance and recommendations related to talent management, share the best practices in the development sector for the HR policy, and revise the HR policy after deliberation with Management. Objective: To review HR policy and provide its recommendations to achieve the given below millstones: Talent acquisition and Retention strategy to align to the changing environment of Not-for-Profit, including gap analysis of available v/s required talent. Define the performance management matrix. Define compensation package including increment grid. Understand the current organisation structure and propose a new organisation structure to meet the above milestones.
