SCOPE OF WORK 1.      Development of IEC materials a.    Develop 10 creatives, 2 films, 5 scripts, 2 radio jingles on the LiFE campaign. Propose communication channels for the dissemination of messages; possible channels for campaigns to include Newspapers, Radio/TV Channels; PublicDisplay areas and billboards and digital platforms. Non media channels such as school discussions, community meetings and volunteer drives should also be included in the dissemination plan. Communication channels may be varied across various themes of the Mission e.g generate awareness of Lifestyle for Environment (LiFE) may call for public channels such as radio, whereas messages specifically targeting transportation alternatives may require more targeted channels; Develop key messages for each of the seven themes of Mission LiFE, clearly communicating the motivations and calls to actions that will nudge individuals towards changing their habits. Messages should be nuanced to the cultural contexts of target landscapes across the country. 2.      Impact monitoring a.    Develop a monitoring framework to assess and report on reach and effectiveness and impact of activities under the LiFE campaign by MoEFCC as well as other ministries and institutions.
