I. OBJECTIVES, SCOPE OF WORK, ExPECTED OUTCOMES Objectives Empowering Safai Saathis through an inclusive and gender-sensitive social protection support programme by facilitating the following measures: i. Facilitating access to National ID Cards (such as Aadhar, Voter, Ration Card, Caste Certificate, Income Certificate, etc) wherever required to enable access and benefit from the social protection schemes. ii. Linkage of 2200 and at least 2000 Safai Saathis. with at least 2 Government schemes for Health, Pension, Education, Financial Inclusion, and other Social Security schemes. (At least 50% of the project participants covered under the programme should be women) Scope of work The shortlisted partner is expected to perform the following activities as per this ToR: Deliverable 1: Screening/ baseline survey of the 2200 to 2500 Safai Saathis and verification of information to be submitted in MS Excel or any other relevant format as agreed by UNDP. This includes activities such as: i. Identifying Safai Saathis and the communities for intervention. ii.
