Auction Detail: The broad scope of work of the Management Operator shall include providing quality and hygienic vegetarian food and beverages and maintaining the cafeteria, including but not limited to cooking, serving dishes, providing requisite manpower, housekeeping etc. for a License Period of 5 (Five) years, which may be extended for a further period of 2 (two) years at the decision of the Authority. The Financial Bids for the Project shall be evaluated based on the "Financial Score, " which shall be determined by the "Revenue Share" quoted by the Bidder. The Bidder is required to quote the "Revenue Share" in addition to the Monthly License Fee of INR 1, 25, 000 (Rupees One LakhsTwenty- Five Thousand Only). The Revenue Share shall be the amount quoted by the Bidder above and beyond the fixed Monthly License Fee. In accordance with the terms of the Agreement, the Selected Bidder shall pay a "Monthly License Fee" of INR 1, 25, 000 (Rupees One LakhsTwenty- Five Thousand Only), in addition to the "Revenue Share" quoted by the Bidder . The total amount payable by the Selected Bidder for any given month during the License Period shall comprise the Monthly License Fee and the Revenue Share, collectively referred to as the"Total Revenue Share " for that particular month. The Monthly License Fee of INR 1, 25, 000 shall be subject to an annual increase of 5% based on the amount paid in the preceding year, and this increase shall apply throughout the duration of the License Period. However, the Revenue Share shall remain unchanged for the entire License Period. The Bidder who submits the highest Revenue Share quote, in accordance with the terms outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP), shall be declared the "Selected Bidder " and will be awarded the Project, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
