Item Title: Resident Engineer Service_2
Item Description: One Data Center Technical Assistant 1. Qualifications, Skill Set & Experience required: a. Three (3) Years diploma in IT/ Computer/ Electronics or Graduate or higher from a recognized university or Senior secondary (10+2) from a recognized board and ITI Course of one year or higher duration in computer science and related with 3 years- experience b. Should have basis knowledge of computers application like MS-office /working knowledge of web application, basic data entry operations. 2. Selection process will be through technical interview/ presentation [physical or virtual] by CERT-In officers. 3.Responsibilities include:-Continuous Monitoring of data centre assets, to keep track of assets movement to and from the Data Center, maintain complete stock inventory of Data Centre Physical assets, including management of Racks, servers and other equipment in the Data Centre Reports to CERT-In [CGO or Shastri Park office] on every working day (working hours:9.00 am to 5.30 pm however may be called anytime (24x7) as and when required including Saturday and if required even on Holiday/ beyond working hours too NOte: Details provided in Column C, [Item Description] is the best matching features and the bidders MUST refer to the detailed itemwise specification mentioned the requirement specification document/ compliance sheet.Technical complaince of all products /services in column1 shall be matched aginst the product specification document provided in the BID. The bidder should ensure compulsory background verification of the resident engineers including employment history, educational qualifications and other documentary records etc.
