The damaged/grooved concrete surface of PSC Sleepers below the rail shall be cleaned thoroughly after lifting the rails by hydraulic jack under traï¬ƒc block condition where ever grooves are observed, all loose ï¬‚ack concrete shall be removed including demarcating & cutting unsound concrete with electric tool cutter ï¬nally cleaning with high pressure water jet of variable pressure so as to have a clean sound base concrete surface. The special AIECREET- III SG or equivalent will be mixed with water- cement ratio as per speciï¬cation to make paste & ï¬lled the groove in PSC sleepers uniformly to maintain level of existing sleepers. A wire mess of correct size shall be inserted as reinforcement for strengthening of ï¬lled material & the setting time observed for compliance with complete procedure with all men, material, tools as per speciï¬cation as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
