:RATE CONTRACT OFLOCAL PURCHASE OF ALL TYPE OFITEMS USED IN RADIOLOGY DEPA RTMENT INCLUDING DIGITAL x-RAY FILMS ETC(REMARKS - Firm should quote offer as per the below me ntioned criterion: Each product category shall be treated as single (01) unit with value fixed as Rs. 100/ -, The concerned firm should quote the offer as Rs. 100/- (FIxED) ONLY for each category along with the ir respective DISCOUNT in the discounts tab of financial bid. Comparative charts of the financial bids for each of the categories (Surgical items, Hospital instruments) in terms of discounts offered by vendors (V endor offering maximum discount will be L1), will be tabulated by system on IREPS. This is a mandator y instruction and must be compulsorily followed while quoting offer.
