System 7 mm rubber mat/cast in situ plus 2mm PU layer. Thickness 9 mm Synopsis of sports flooring PU System Installed on smooth leveled surface. Sub-base preparation cleaning and moisture checking will be done during the sub base preparation. Adhesive layer/ Primer layer. Sticking of 7mm rubber mat cast in situ. Pore filler coat. First layer of 1mm liquid applied PU layer. Second layer of 1mm liquid applied PU layer. One coat of color coat on top surface. Game line marking. BRAND PU Flooring should be BWF ITF IHF compatible certified approved.
